Help Us Help You

Provide your Facebook url when you create a HIM account because Facebook is our primary means of communication.  Help us with shift assignment by providing the names of two or three friends who are in HIM. 
 
How do I join HIM?
  • Create a HIM account
    • Click on Log In or Sign Up button [upper right corner]
    • Use a Gmail Address as your username [Shifts and Hours are tied to your Gmail address]
    • Click How to Join for help.
  • Connect with us on Facebook.  It is our primary means of communication.
    • Join HIM Facebook group
    • Friend Request Sean Dy Juanco, founder of HIM [to get shift assignment]
    • HIM members at the following schools have named their service club after us:

  • Turn in a HIM waiver form to an officer or email it to admin@heartinmotion.org
 
How can I view the upcoming events?
  • Click on Log In or Sign Up button [upper right corner]
  • Use a Gmail Address as your username
  • Click on Events menu
  • Sort by “Next Date” [click column header]
  • Click View Upcoming Events for help.
How do I confirm my shift?
  • Click on Log In or Sign Up button [upper right corner]
  • Use a Gmail Address as your username
  • Click on Registered Shifts [under Member area]
  • Click View Confirming Shift for help.
How do I view my hours?
  • Click on Log In or Sign Up button [upper right corner]
  • Use a Gmail Address as your username
  • Click on Hours Earned [under Member area]
  • Click View Hours Earned for help.
How do I sign up for events?
  • Click on Log In or Sign Up button [upper right corner]
  • Use a Gmail Address as your username
  • Click on the Event you want to volunteer for
  • Click Register to sign up
How can I change or cancel an event I have signed up for?
Options (you only have to do one):
  • Message Sean Dy Juanco at www.facebook.com/sean.dyjuanco
  • Leave a comment in FB group for that event
  • Email admin@heartinmotion.org with the following information:
    • name of event
    • name of shift
    • the reason for the change or cancellation
